At Thomson Carter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury beauty purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a seamless return and exchange process for all unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit, and include your packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number; once our laboratory inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
